摘要
依据Q/CR 841—2021《接触网动态检测评价方法》,以接触网动态检测缺陷、接触网动态性能指数(CDI)为指标,结合车载接触网运行状态检测装置(3C)的检测数据,对京沪高铁接触网动态性能进行分析。利用近1年的检测数据对局部偶发缺陷及中长期运行特性进行研究,结果显示京沪高铁接触网整体动态性能稳定良好;基于弓网综合检测装置(1C)数据特征分析,构建补偿装置状态、中锚线索弛度、定位器受力状态等预警算法,实现设备状态评估预警,并对京沪高铁中锚及补偿装置状态和定位器受力状态进行设备状态预警分析,结果显示该方法能够识别出状态异常区域,可对现场设备维修发挥决策指导作用。
On the basis of the Evaluation Method of Catenary Dynamic Inspection Data(Q/CR 841-2021),the paper uses the dynamic inspection defects and the dynamic performance index(CDI)of the OCS as indicators and takes reference of the inspection data collected by the onboard OCS inspection device(3C).The goal is to analyze the dynamic performance of the OCS on Beijing-Shanghai HSR.The nearly one-year inspection data facilitate the study of occasional local defects and mid-to long-term operation characteristics.The results show that the overall dynamic performance of the OCS on Beijing-Shanghai HSR is sound and stable.Based on the data characteristic analysis of the pantograph-catenary comprehensive inspection device(1C),warning algorithms for compensation device,mid-point anchor wire sag and steady arm stress are developed to realize equipment evaluation and warning generation.The paper then carries out equipment status warning analysis,targeting the mid-point anchor,the compensation device and the steady arm stress state of Beijing-Shanghai HSR.The results show that the method can locate the abnormality,guiding the decision-making for equipment maintenance.
