共生理论视域下铸牢中华民族共同体意识的路径研究——“家、校、社”协同育人

摘要 习近平总书记在中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会上的报告中指出,铸牢中华民族共同体意识,加强各民族交往交流交融,促进各民族像石榴籽一样紧紧抱在一起。我国的民族政策也需要从经济、文化、教育各个方面更深入“交融”,形成共融共生的新局面。以共生理论为依据研究家庭、学校、社区协同育人,家庭是构筑中华民族共同体的最小单位,社区不仅是无数家庭的集合体,同时也是社会文化的重要载体,学校为铸牢中华民族共同体意识培育提供重要推力,三者结合构成了铸牢中华民族共同体意识的基本单位。“家、校、社”协同合作为铸牢中华民族共同体意识的培育创造了新的生态,也为三者共生共育提供了基础,“家、校、社”共育是对铸牢中华民族共同体意识培养的新探索,目前还需要在制度和路径层面进一步细化和深化,以促进铸牢中华民族共同体意识在各方面的共融共生。 General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the need to consolidate the sense of community for the Chinese nation,strengthen communication,exchanges and integration among all ethnic groups,and promote the close embrace of all ethnic groups like pomegranate seeds in report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Our country’s ethnic policies also require deeper“integration”in all aspects of economy,culture and education to form a new situation of harmony and symbiosis.Based on the theory of symbiosis,the author studies the collaborative education of home,school and community,taking the home as the smallest unit to build the Chinese nation community,and the community is not only a collection of countless families,but also an important carrier of social culture.Schools provide important impetus for consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation.The combination of the three forms the basic unit for consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation.Collabora⁃tive cooperation of“home,school and community”has created a new ecology for consolidating the sense of community for the Chi⁃nese nation,and also provided a foundation for the symbiosis and mutual education of the three.The co-education of“home,school and community”is a new exploration of the cultivation of consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation.However,it still needs to be further refined and deepened at the institutional and path levels to promote the coexistence and symbiosis of consol⁃idating the sense of community for the Chinese nation in all aspects.
