职业教育场域的数字化构建:逻辑、困境与路径

摘要 数字技术在赋能职业教育发展过程中扮演着至关重要的角色,而数字技术不断进步和数字经济快速发展也为其构建良好的职业教育场域奠定了基础,然而数字技术在应用于职业教育发展过程中却出现了数字素养困境、数字功效难题、数字隐私困扰和数字排斥现象等,因此,人们在利用数字技术赋能职业教育发展、推动职业教育场域数字化的构建过程当中,需要通过排练场景演员、统筹场域主体、完善场域规则、重视场域创新等层面的路径推动职业教育建设的数字化转型升级,切实促进数字化时代职业教育的高质量发展。 s:The digital technology plays a crucial role in the development of vocational education,and its continuous progress and the rapid development of digital economy have also paved the way for the construction of a good vocational education field.But in the context of the digital era,people are also faced with the digital literacy dilemma,efficacy problems,privacy and exclusion traps and other difficulties when using it in the development of vocational education.Therefore,in the process of using it to empower the development of vocational education and promote the digitalization of vocational education field,it is necessary for people to promote the digital transformation of vocational education construction through the optimization path of rehearsing scenario actors,coordinating field subjects,perfecting field rules and attaching importance to field innovations,etc.,to enhance the high-quality development of vocational education in the context of the digital era and to further upgrade the digitalization of vocational education.
