附身的技术:“可穿戴新闻”的生命数据与生活叙事

Technology of Possession: Life Data and Live Narratives of “Wearable News”

本文从STS理论视角出发,将可穿戴技术界定为一种“附身的技术”。在新闻实践范畴,可穿戴技术颠覆了传统意义上将技术视为生产工具的逻辑,令技术使用者本身成为新闻报道的一部分。本文据此提出“可穿戴新闻”概念,并尝试对其特征进行界定:提供可实时采集和传输的个体“生命数据”,并将其整合为一种整体的社会技术想象;革新新闻叙事话语,创造第一人称的“生活叙事”空间影像,使新闻内容可以是他人生命与生活体验的数字复制品。新闻因此在更显著意义上成为一种“共情感知体验”的实践。文章进一步提出,可穿戴新闻令接受者得以“附身”他人的情感体验,这种“他者化”转型具有促进跨越文化的共鸣和理解、构建人类情感共同体的潜能。随着可穿戴技术在新闻实践中的普及,新闻日益成为连接个体生活、共享生命经验的桥梁,这将创造一种内在关系更为紧密的“人-机-社会”互动机制。

From the perspective of STS theory, this article defines wearable technology as a technology of possession. In the field of journalistic practice, wearable technology subverts the traditional logic of treating technology as a production tool, allowing technology users themselves to become part of news reporting. Based on this, this article summarizes two core features of wearable news: providing individual life data that can be collected and transmitted in real time and integrating it into an overall socio-technical imagination;innovating news narrative discourse and creating first-person“live narrative” that enables news content to be a digital replica of other people's life experiences.Journalism thus becomes, in a more significant sense, a practice of “empathic perceptual experience”.The article further proposes that wearable news allows recipients to “possess” the emotional experiences of others. This “othering” transformation has the potential to promote cross-cultural resonance and understanding and build a human emotional community. With the popularization of wearable technology in news practice, news has increasingly become a bridge connecting individual lives and sharing life experiences, which will create a “human-machine-society” interaction mechanism with a closer internal relationship.
