合成氨装置夏季高温天气运行难点及应对措施

摘要 以化肥装置实际运行情况为例,讨论以天然气为原料的合成氨装置在夏季高温天气运行时存在的工艺空气不足、压缩机汽轮机真空度高、氨球储罐压力高等难点。通过增加工艺空气量和一段转化炉热负荷、提高氨球储罐压力、优化工艺参数、加强冷冻系统排污等应对措施,提高了装置运行的安全性和经济性。 Taking a fertilizer plant in operation as an example,this paper discussed the operation difficulties of synthetic ammonia plant with natural gas as its feedstock under high temperature in the summer time,e.g.insufficient process air,high vacuum degree of compressor turbine,and high pressure in ammonia spherical storage tank.By increasing the process air and thermal load of the primary convertor,raising the pressure of liquid ammonia tank,optimizing the process parameters,and improving the drainage of refrigerating system,the safety and the economic benefit of the plant were enhanced.
