摘要
对某热电装置锅炉屏式过热器爆管试样进行宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相组织分析、硬度试验、断口形貌分析、垢物成分分析及力学性能测定等试验。结果表明:屏式过热器管段在长期高温的作用下管壁发生氧化、表面出现氧化裂纹、管材组织劣化、强度下降,从而导致管段因长时间高温而发生爆裂。
The macroscopic inspection,chemical composition analysis,metallographic structure analysis,hardness test,fracture morphology analysis,scale composition analysis,and mechanical property determination were conducted on the burst tube sample of a boiler screen superheater in a thermal power plant.The results show that under high temperature at a long-term,the tube wall of the screen type superheater undergoes oxidation,the surface oxidation cracks appear,the structure of the tube deteriorates,and the strength decreases,resulting in the tube section bursting due to prolonged high temperature.
