摘要
扁平腈纶是安庆石化近年来成功开发的异形纤维,在人造毛皮、毛绒玩具等领域应用广泛,“进口替代”能力明显增强,但与高端进口扁平纤维相比,仍存在差距,主要表现为纤维的质量不匀率偏高、弹性回复率偏低等。文章结合NaSCN湿法纺丝生产实践,以纤维回缩原理为基础,对溶剂牵伸倍数、牵伸速度、牵伸温度以及NaSCN质量分数等影响因素进行分析验证,通过优化调整溶剂牵伸倍数、纺速和凝固浴质量分数等措施,降低扁平纤维的质量不匀率,提高弹性回复率,缩小与高端进口产品的质量差距。
Flat acrylic fiber is a special-shaped fiber successfully developed by Sinopec Anqing Petrochemical Company in recent years,which is widely used in artificial fur,plush toys and other fields,and the ability of“import substitution”has been significantly enhanced.However,there is still a gap compared with the high-end imported flat fiber,which is mainly manifested by the high uneven rate of fiber quality and the low elastic recovery rate.Combining the production practice of NaSCN wet spinning process,based on the fiber shrinkage mechanism,this paper analyzes and verifies the influencing factors such as solvent extension radio,extension speed,extension temperature and the mass fraction of NaSCN.By optimizing and adjusting the solvent extension ratio,spinning speed and mass fraction of coagulation bath,the quality uneven rate of flat fiber can be reduced,the recovery rate of elasticity can be improved,and the quality gap with high-end imported products can be narrowed.
