摘要
本文通过分析不规则零件的加工难点,提出了合理选择加工刀具与切削用量,科学设计机械夹具,准确确定定位基准、加工基准与工艺基准,并注意解决工件装夹与加工轮架问题等综合方案,全面提高不规则零部件的加工生产质量,为后续的数控机床加工生产工作提供参考与借鉴。
By analyzing the difficulties in processing irregular parts,this article proposes reasonable selection of processing tools and cutting quantities,scientific design of mechanical fixtures,accurate determination of positioning benchmarks,processing benchmarks and process benchmarks,and attention to solving workpiece clamping and processing wheel frame problems,etc.A comprehensive plan to comprehensively improve the processing and production quality of irregular parts and provide reference for subsequent CNC machine tool processing and production work.
