摘要
本文研究了房屋建筑工程中混凝土木胶合板模板施工技术的创新。介绍了多种模板及其优缺点,详细阐述了柱、墙、梁、板模板的安装及支架搭设要求。针对木胶合板模板的耐用性、拼接缝和重复使用问题,提出了材料改进、设计优化、质量控制及使用维护等解决措施。这些创新有望提升模板性能,为混凝土浇筑施工提供有力保障。
This paper investigates the innovation in construction technology of concrete wood plywood formwork in building engineering.It introduces various types of formwork,along with their advantages and disadvantages,and elaborates on the installation and support requirements for column,wall,beam,and slab formwork.Addressing issues such as durability,splicing seams,and reuse limitations of wood plywood formwork,the study proposes solutions including material improvement,design optimization,quality control,and proper usage and maintenance.These innovations are expected to enhance the performance of the formwork and provide strong support for concrete pouring construction.
