摘要
渤海湾某油田开采较早,均已经开采至中后期,标记平台为中心处理平台(CEP平台)除自身油藏存在一定的硫化氢外,其后期注水过程中会存在一定的SRB细菌,SRB也会产生硫化氢。硫化氢的存在一方面会对管线造成腐蚀;另一方面会对人员造成一定的安全隐患及污染环境。本文概述了硫化氢的形成原因,并且对油田现场进行检测,检测过后根据检测数据提出治理方案,目前效果明显。
A certain oilfield in Bohai Bay was exploited earlier,all have been exploited to the middle and late stages,the mark platform is the central processing platform(CEP platform),in addition to the existence of a certain amount of hydrogen sulfide in its own reservoir,there will be certain SRB bacteria in the later water injection process,and SRB will also produce hydrogen sulfide.On the one hand,the existence of hydrogen sulfide will cause corrosion to pipelines,on the other hand,it will cause certain safety hazards and pollute the environment to personnel.This paper summarizes the causes of the formation of hydrogen sulfide,and tests are carried out on the oilfield site,and a treatment plan is proposed according to the test data after testing,and the effect is obvious.
