摘要
管道服役期间因腐蚀、裂纹和开挖发生油气泄漏需要进行焊接修复。我国管道在线焊接采用手工电弧焊,效率低、易产生焊接缺陷且存在风险,不适用高钢级管道应急抢修。介绍了美国Edison焊接研究所研制的管道自动在线焊接系统,包括技术原理、工艺场景、性能参数和结构部件,结合开展B型套筒焊接试验和工艺评定的工程应用情况,验证高钢级管道在线焊接采用全自动焊接技术是可行的。提出我国管道在线焊接应用自动焊技术的研究建议,保障在役管道维修焊接质量和安全运行。
During the service of the pipeline,welding repair is required due to corrosion,cracks,and excavation for oil and gas leakage.The in-service welding of pipelines in China adopts manual arc welding,which has low efficiency,is prone to welding defects,and poses risks.It is not suitable for emergency repair of high grade steel pipelines.The article introduces the pipeline automatic in-service welding system developed by Edison Welding Institute in the United States,including technical principles,process scenarios,performance parameters,and structural components.Combined with the engineering application of B-type sleeve welding tests and process qualifications,it is verified that the use of fully automatic welding technology for in-service welding of high grade steel pipelines is feasible.Propose research suggestions for the application of automatic welding technology in in-service pipeline welding in China,to ensure the quality and safe operation of in-service pipeline maintenance welding.
