摘要
对于热力管道来说,其作用就是传送高温介质,但是在其运行中,容易受腐蚀因素影响而出现各种问题,导致设备出现不同程度损坏,影响传送效率和质量。因此,为了进一步了解热力管道运行状况,本次研究重点分析导致热力管道腐蚀问题的影响因素,并通过对影响因素综合调查,建立热力管道腐蚀问题预测模型,并提出关于热力管道的防腐策略,希望能够给热力管道正常运行提供良好条件。
For thermal pipelines,their function is to transport high-temperature media.However,during their operation,they are prone to various problems caused by corrosion factors,leading to varying degrees of equipment damage and affecting transmission efficiency and quality.Therefore,in order to further understand the operation status of thermal pipelines,this study focuses on analyzing the influencing factors that cause corrosion problems in thermal pipelines.Through comprehensive investigation of the influencing factors,a prediction model for corrosion problems in thermal pipelines is established,and anticorrosion strategies for thermal pipelines are proposed,hoping to provide good conditions for the normal operation of thermal pipelines.
