渤海某油田工艺管道历年腐蚀情况分析研究

摘要 为保障海上平台油气工艺管道安全平稳运行,需对其定期进行腐蚀监检测以判断生产过程中工艺管道的腐蚀情况,便于及时发现高腐蚀风险点,进而分析腐蚀原因,提出针对性的治理措施。本文通过近几年对锦州25-1南油田工艺管道进行腐蚀监检测跟踪,分析该油田腐蚀性介质腐蚀程度,管道腐蚀速率等,发现油气工艺管道腐蚀速率与缓蚀剂的注入密切相关;腐蚀速率与H_(2)S和CO_(2)含量有正相关性;生产分离器后加入杀菌剂能够有效缓解后续流程中的微生物腐蚀程度。 In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of oil and gas process pipelines on offshore platforms,corrosion monitoring and testing should be carried out regularly to judge the corrosion of process pipelines in the production process,so as to timely discover high corrosion risk points,analyze the corrosion causes,and propose targeted treatment measures.In this paper,the corrosion monitoring and tracking of Jinzhou 25-1 South oil field process pipeline in recent years,the corrosion degree of corrosive media and pipeline corrosion rate are analyzed,and it is found that the corrosion rate of oil and gas process pipeline is closely related to the injection of corrosion inhibitors.The corrosion rate is positively correlated with H_(2)S and CO_(2)content.Adding fungicides after the production of separators can effectively mitigate the degree of microbial corrosion in the subsequent process.
