摘要
为了确保电力机车的运行安全,研究通过统计齿轮箱在用润滑油的油液监测数据,对比了分别采用统计过程控制法和统计累积分布法制定油品的运动黏度(100℃)和磨损金属元素的使用阈值。结果表明:两种方法都能有效确定在用润滑油性能指标的注意值和警戒值,这对于提升设备可靠性和降低维护成本具有重要的实际意义.
To ensure the safe operation of electric locomotives,the study examines the lubricating oil monitoring data of gearboxes and compares the use of statistical process control and statistical cumulative distribution methods to establish the threshold values for the kinematic viscosity(10o C)of the oil and the wear metal elements.The results show that both methods can effectively determine the alert and alarm values for the performance indicators of in-service lubricating oil,which is of great practical significance for improving equipment reliability and reducing maintenance costs.
