摘要
智慧城市轨道交通是建设交通强国和智慧城市的重要组成部分,实现我国智慧城市轨交产业全面自主可控至关重要。恩瑞特公司面向智慧城市轨交建设重大需求,建设全面自主可控轨交协同体系。该文以恩瑞特公司建设全面自主可控轨交协同体系为例,详细介绍构建自主化研发创新平台、构建面向市场的开放运行机制、打造原创技术策源地、协同实施轨道交通产业链及强化研发过程质量精准管控五大建设策略,并总结协同体系在技术创新、利润提升及进口替代3方面所取得的建设成效,为国内智慧城市轨交建设提供有价值的技术与管理参考。
Smart urban rail transit is an important part of building a traffic power and smart city,so it is very important to realize the full self-control of smart urban rail transit industry in our country.Faced with the great demand of smart urban rail transit construction,Enreite Company has built a comprehensive independent and controllable rail transit synergy system.In this paper,taking the construction of a comprehensive autonomous controllable rail transit synergy system by Enruite as an example,five construction strategies are introduced in detail:building an independent innovation platform for research and development,building an open operation mechanism oriented to the market,building the source of original technology,cooperating with the implementation of rail transit industry chain,and strengthening accurate quality control of research and development process.It also summarizes the construction achievements of the collaborative system in three aspects:technological innovation,profit improvement and import substitution,which provides a valuable technical and management reference for the domestic smart urban rail transit construction.
