110 kV平滑铝套电缆缓冲层特性及其电气性能研究

摘要 皱纹铝套高压电缆多次发生缓冲层烧蚀导致故障跳闸,而平滑铝套新型结构是解决高压电缆缓冲烧蚀问题的有效途径之一。该文通过缓冲层电阻试验和有限元仿真,分析平滑铝套与皱纹铝套缓冲层特性。通过测试和计算不同铝套结构电缆的电气性能,对比分析皱纹铝套改用平滑铝套后的性能影响。结果表明,平滑铝套电缆在不同敷设环境下的载流量比皱纹铝套电缆至少提升7.7%,同时线路的无功功率损耗呈现一定的降低,环流和感应电压均与皱纹铝套电缆相差不大。 The fault trip caused by buffer layer ablation of wrinkled aluminum sheathed high voltage cable occurs many times,and the new structure of smooth aluminum sleeve is one of the effective ways to solve the problem of buffer ablation of high voltage cable.In this paper,through buffer layer resistance test and finite element simulation,the characteristics of buffer layer of smooth aluminum sleeve and wrinkled aluminum sleeve are analyzed.By testing and calculating the electrical properties of cables with different aluminum sheath structures,this paper compares and analyzes the performance influence of corrugated aluminum sleeves with smooth aluminum sleeves.The results show that under different laying conditions,the carrying capacity of smooth aluminum sheathed cable is at least 7.7%higher than that of wrinkled aluminum sheathed cable,at the same time,the reactive power loss of the line is reduced to a certain extent,and the circulating current and induced voltage are not much different from that of wrinkled aluminum sheathed cable.
