闭锁料斗程控球阀可靠性RCM分析

摘要 以某公司1#汽油脱硫装置闭锁料斗单元的31台程控球阀为例,开展以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)分析。通过故障模式与影响分析,识别程控球阀的主要失效模式,分析失效原因,确定故障的影响及其风险等级,并给出适宜的故障识别方法,提出合理的维修时间和维修类型,改善程控球阀运行状况(该处的改善运行状况指程控球阀),降低故障率。优化后的策略可提升程控球阀的运行可靠性,减少闭锁料斗系统非计划停运。 Taking 31 programmable ball valves in the locking hopper unit of a certain company's No.1 gasoline desulfurization unit as an example,a reliability centered maintenance(RCM)analysis is conducted.Through fault mode and impact analysis,identify the main failure modes of programmable ball valves,analyze the causes of failure,determine the impact and risk level of faults,and provide appropriate fault identification methods.Propose reasonable maintenance time and types to improve the operation status of programmable ball valves(referred to as improved operation status here)and reduce the failure rate.The optimized strategy improves the operational reliability of the programmable ball valve and reduces unplanned shutdowns of the locking hopper system.
