双线TBM下穿建筑物变形与控制技术研究

摘要 采用有限元软件建立双线TBM隧道下穿建筑物计算模型,分析TBM隧道下穿建筑物施工对地表及建筑物的影响规律,同时研究全断面帷幕注浆加固与超前小导管注浆加固效果。计算结果表明,地表沉降槽的峰值点会朝向破碎带位置偏移;建筑物变形呈现中间大两头小的趋势;随着建筑物层数的增加,框架柱的沉降值逐渐减小;全断面帷幕注浆加固效果要比超前小导管注浆加固效果更好。 Finite element software is used to establish the calculation model of double-line TBM tunnel under the building,and the influence law of TBM tunnel under the building construction on the surface and the building is analyzed,and the reinforcement effect of full section curtain grouting and advance small pipe grouting is studied.The calculation results show that,the peak point of the surface settlement trough will shift toward the position of the broken zone;the deformation of the building shows a trend of larger and smaller in the middle;with the increase of the number of buildings,the settlement value of frame column decreases gradually;and the reinforcement effect of full-section curtain grouting is better than that of advance small conduit grouting.
