煤泥是选煤厂的洗选副产品,由于煤泥具有持水性强、水分高(多在20%以上)、粘性大、热值低等特点,很难实现大规模与资源化利用,长期以民用作为主要出路。介绍了朱集东选煤厂生产、销售煤泥所带来的问题,通过对煤泥降水提质与破碎,使煤泥均匀地掺混到商品煤中销售,实现煤泥零落地目标,从而提高商品煤资源量。工艺简单、可靠,经济效益和环保效益显著。

Coal slime is a byproduct of coal preparation plants due to its strong water holding capacity and high moisture content(mostly in 20%).The characteristics of high viscosity and low calorific value make it difficult to achieve largescale and resource utilization,and long-term civilian use is the main way out.The article introduces the problems caused by the production and sales of coal slime at Zhujidong Coal Preparation Plant.By improving the quality and crushing of coal slime through precipitation,the coal slime is evenly mixed with commercial coal for sale,achieving the goal of canceling coal slime products and increasing the amount of commercial coal resources.The system process is simple,reliable,and has significant economic and environmental benefits.
