摘要
采用双频率超声催化氧化法与光催化氧化法处理2,3-二氯吡啶蒸馏抽滤废水,出水COD从5541 mg/L降至500 mg/L以下,COD去除率大于90%,同时采用COD在线监测仪,废水处理达标后进出水储罐,然后进生化系统处理,不合格废水可以直接返回催化氧化系统,继续氧化,直到出水COD小于500 mg/L。
Two-frequency ultrasonic catalytic oxidation and photo catalytic oxidation were used to treat 2,3-dichloropyridine distillation wastewater.The effluent COD value can be reduced to less than 500 mg/L,and the COD removal rate is greater than 90%.At the same time,COD online monitor is used to ensure that qualified wastewater is treated into the storage tank and then into the biochemical system for treatment.The unqualified wastewater is returned to the catalytic oxidation system for further oxidation until the effluent COD is less than 500 mg/L.
