摘要
为解决露天煤矿边帮煤开采设备转载机的推进和回撤作业的难题,设计了一种高强度推移装置。通过对边帮煤开采成套装备推移装置安装载体步进式行走平台的分析,确定了推移装置的设计技术参数,据此设计了推移装置,并对其组成和技术参数、作用、推进和回撤作业过程、特点进行了详细分析。工业性试验表明,该装置满足了边帮煤开采成套设备中多单元运输转载机的作业需求,解决了成套设备的自救问题。
In order to solve the problem of advancing and retracement operation for the transfer machine of the slope coal mining equipment in the open-pit coal mine,a high-strength advancing device was designed.Trough the analysis of the step-by-step walking platform of the advancing device in the whole-set equipment for slope coal mining,the design technical parameters of the advancing device were determined.Then,based on this,the advancing device was designed,and its composition and technical parameters,functions,advancing and retracement operation process and characteristics were analyzed in detail.The industrial test showed that the device met the operation requirements of the multi-unit transporting transfer machine in the whole-set equipment for slope coal mining,and solved the self-rescue problem of the whole-set equipment.
