不同绳股结构及锁绳块表面织构对提升钢丝绳锁紧力的影响

Influence of different rope strand structures and surface textures of rope locking block on locking force to hoisting wire rope

摘要 针对矿井提升机调绳系统中锁绳器绳槽与钢丝绳间的滑动摩擦问题,开展不同捻向、不同结构钢丝绳与不同表面结构锁绳器绳槽摩擦行为研究。建立钢丝绳与锁紧器绳槽接触模型,通过有限元软件模拟了不同捻向、不同结构钢丝绳在不同表面结构绳槽作用下锁绳器对钢丝绳锁紧能力的变化规律,并通过正交试验设计方法的极差、方差分析找到最优工况。结果表明:同向捻比交互捻锁紧能力更强;椭圆股比三角股锁紧能力更强,三角股比圆股更强;绳槽表面凸包时对钢丝绳锁紧能力最强,凹坑时次之,光滑时锁紧能力最弱。通过极差和方差分析发现:捻向、股型和绳槽表面对锁绳能力都有影响,同向捻椭圆股钢丝绳在绳槽表面凸包工况时摩擦性能最好,锁绳能力最强。 Aiming at the problem of sliding friction between the rope groove of the rope locking device and the wire rope in the rope adjusting system of the mine hoist,the friction behaviors between wire ropes with different twist directions and different structures and rope grooves of rope locking devices with different surface structures were studied.The contact model between the wire rope and the rope groove of the locking device was established.The finite element software was used to simulate the variation law of the locking ability of the rope locking device on the wire rope with different twist directions and structures under the action of the rope grooves with different surface structures.Then,the optimal working conditions were found by the range and variance analysis of the orthogonal experimental design method.The results showed that the locking ability of the same direction twist was stronger than that of the interactive twist.Elliptical strands had stronger locking ability than triangular strands,and triangular strands were stronger than round strands.When the surface of the rope groove was convex,the locking ability on the wire rope was the strongest,followed by the pit,and the locking ability was the weakest when the surface was smooth.Through range and variance analysis,it was found that the twist direction,strand type and rope groove surface all had an effect on the rope locking ability.The friction performance of the elliptical strand wire rope with the same twist had the best friction performance and the strongest rope locking ability under the convex condition of rope groove surface.
