摘要
对大型磨机筒体加工支撑工装进行了介绍,分析了采用粗制螺栓连接状态下筒体加工的可靠性,并进行了加工工艺优化。筒体采用粗制螺栓连接后,支撑工装能够重复循环利用,降低了筒体支撑工装的制造成本。该优化方案可以为其他产品的加工提供经验借鉴。
The support tooling for the large mill shell machining was introduced.Then,the reliability of the shell machining under the condition of rough bolts connection was analyzed,and the machining technology was optimized.After the shell was connected by rough bolts,the support tooling could be reused,which reduced the manufacturing cost of the shell support tooling.The optimization scheme could provide experience for the machining of other products.
