摘要
针对煤矿人员定位系统入井考勤不准确、人卡不一致等问题,在精确定位系统的基础上,集成虹膜识别和 UWB 无线通信检卡装置,实现了煤矿井下人员精确考勤。该系统利用虹膜检测技术实现对人员的身份认证,利用 UWB 低频唤醒技术实现对定位卡的唯一性检测,通过 HTTP 接口在人员定位系统和虹膜系统之间交换数据,从而实现精确考勤。考勤检测装置符合煤矿人员出入井的使用习惯,煤矿实践测试表明,系统整体运行稳定高效,准确率高,可实现对煤矿人员精确考勤,是煤矿入井人员管理的重要组成部分。
Aiming at the problems of inaccurate attendance and inconsistent between workers and cards in coal mine worker positioning system,based on the precise positioning system,the iris recognition and UWB wireless communication card detection device were integrated to realize the precise attendance of underground workers in coal mine.The system used iris detection technology to realize the identity authentication of workers,then,used UWB low frequency wake-up technology to realize the uniqueness detection of the location card,and exchanged data between the worker positioning system and iris system through HTTP interface,so as to realize the precise attendance.The attendance detection device fulfilled the usage habits of entering and leaving the well for coal mine workers.The coal mine practice test showed that the overall operation of the system was stable and efficient with high accuracy.It could realize the precise attendance of underground coal mine workers and was an important part of the management of coal mine worker entering the well.
