“岗课赛证创”五位一体人才培养模式探索与实践——以电子信息工程技术专业为例

Exploration and Practice of Five-in-one Talent Training Mode for College Students:Taking Electronic Information Engineering Technology Specialty as an Example

在分析职业教育人才培养现状和问题的基础上,对国家倡导的“岗课赛证”综合育人模式的背景和内涵进行了阐述,并提出“岗课赛证创”五位一体人才培养模式。以电子信息工程技术专业为例,从以岗位需求为导向设计课程体系和培养目标、组织课程内容,到将专业竞赛、技能证书资源融入课程教学以及全学程注重创新能力培养,全面论述了“岗课赛证创”五位一体人才培养模式的实践路径。实践结果表明,这种模式对学生岗位技能、岗位素养和综合素质的培养起到了积极推动作用。

Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of vocational education personnel training,the author expounds the background and connotation of the comprehensive education mode of“post,course,competition and certificate”advocated by the state,and puts forward the five-in-one talent training mode of“post,course,certificate,competition and innovation”.Taking the specialty of electronic information engineering technology as an example,the author comprehensively discusses the practical path of the proposed mode from the design of curriculum system and training objectives,the organization of curriculum content,the integration of professional competition and skill certificate resources into curriculum teaching,and the emphasis on innovation ability training in the whole course.The practical results show that this model has played a positive role in promoting the cultivation of students’job skills,job literacy and comprehensive quality.
