摘要
为响应工程绿色环保的号召要求,提高固废利用率,探究碱激发剂种类对矿渣水泥的强度影响,通过研究NaOH、Na_(2)SiO_(3)两种碱激发剂对矿渣水泥胶凝材料与再生骨料结合成的碱激发再生混凝土的性能影响,从宏微观角度探究不同碱激发剂对混合料的影响效果,确定出最适合碱激发矿渣水泥再生混合料的最佳碱激发剂。NaOH作为碱性激发剂,用于改善矿渣水泥缺陷,缩短凝结时长,提高早期强度。Na_(2)SiO_(3)作为碱激发剂时,水玻璃模数为1.0时,混合料试件的抗压强度和劈裂强度最高。
In order to respond to the requirements of the call for green and environmental-protection engineering,improve the utilization rate of solid waste,and explore the effect of the type of alkali activators on the strength of slag cement,this paper studies the effect of the two alkali activators of NaOH and Na_(2)SiO_(3) on the performance of alkali-activated recycled concrete formed by the combination of the cementing material and recycled aggregate of slag cement,explores the influence effects of different alkali activators on the mixture from macro and micro views,and determines the best alkali activator suitable for the alkali-activated recycled mixture of slag cement.NaOH,as an alkali activator,is used to improve the defects of slag cement,shorten its setting time and increase its early strength.When Na_(2)SiO_(3) is used as an alkali activator,the compressive strength and splitting strength of the mixture specimen are the highest at the sodium silicate modulus of 1.0.
