摘要
水旱灾害作为自然灾害的一种,对人类社会和生态环境造成了严重的威胁和影响,水旱灾害的频发和强度逐渐升高,使灾害管理和防御工作显得尤为紧迫,而水利工程可以有效地防范和缓解水旱灾害。旨在深入探讨水利工程在水旱灾害防御中的作用,并提出优化策略以应对不断变化的灾害形势,通过对水库与调蓄池、河道治理与堤防建设以及技术手段与监测系统等方面进行分析,从而为水利工程的规划和设计提供更为科学、可行的方案,以期为水利工程在水旱灾害防御中的发展提供有益的启示。
As a type of natural disaster,the flood and drought disaster poses a serious threat and impact on human society and the ecological environment.The frequency and gradually increasing intensity of floods and droughts make disaster management and prevention particularly urgent,and water conservancy engineering can effectively prevent and alleviate floods and droughts.This article aims to deeply explore the role of water conservancy engi-neering in flood and drought prevention and propose optimization strategies to cope with the constantly changing disaster situation.This article analyzes reservoirs,regulating storage tanks,river management,embankment construc-tion,technical means and monitoring systems,so as to provide more scientific and feasible solutions for the planning and design of water conservancy engineering,and provide useful enlightenment for the development of water con-servancy engineering in flood and drought prevention.
