摘要
在骨肿瘤、外伤和恶性肿瘤骨转移等导致骨缺损修复的外科手术中,支架材料作为自体骨替代物已有一定的研究和应用。骨形态发生蛋白2(BMP-2)衍生肽作为人工合成BMP-2同系短肽,具有与重组人BMP-2相似的生物活性,已被证实具有促进成骨效果,能够调控骨髓间充质干细胞的增殖和分化,诱导体内异位成骨,有巨大的应用前景。文章现将BMP-2衍生肽促进成骨增殖的机制进行综述。
Scaffold materials have been applied as autologous bone substitutes in surgical procedures for repairing bone defects caused by bone tumors,trauma,and malignant tumor bone metastases.P24 peptide,as a synthetic short peptide of BMP-2,has similar biological activity to rhBMP-2 and has been proven to promote osteogenesis.P24 peptide has been found to regulate the proliferation and differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,and induce ectopic bone formation in vivo,showing great potential in bone defect repair.This review examines the mechanism by which P24 promotes osteogenic proliferation.
