基于响应面法的短切玄武岩纤维抹灰砂浆配合比设计

摘要 为得到具有最佳力学性能且满足稠度要求的短切玄武岩纤维抹灰砂浆最优配合比,以水胶比、砂胶比、粉煤灰掺量为自变量,以砂浆稠度、抗拉强度、抗压强度、抗折强度为响应目标值,采用响应面法设计Box-Behnke试验,并建立回归模型,实现了满足既定目标稠度为70~110 mm的多目标综合优化,且对所提出的配合比进行验证试验。结果表明:水胶比对短切玄武岩纤维砂浆的稠度和强度有显著影响;最优配合比为水胶比0.35、砂胶比2.0、粉煤灰掺量20%时,其稠度、抗拉、抗压、抗折强度分别为97 mm、1.99 MPa、38.50 MPa、9.59 MPa;对于稠度和抗拉强度,回归模型的预测值和实测值误差低于4%,抗折强度及抗压强度的预测值和实测值误差分别为12%、28%,与玄武岩纤维混凝土抗压强度离散性大的特点一致,验证了响应面法对于短切玄武岩纤维抹灰砂浆配合比优化设计的可行性。 For which has the best mechanical properties could satisfy the requirement of consistency and chopped basalt fibre plaster mortar optimal mixture ratio,water-cement ratio,sand cement ratio,dosage of fly ash as the independent variable,with the consistency of mortar,tensile strength,compressive strength,flexural strength in response to a target,the response surface method is used to design the Box-Behnke test,and establish regression model.The multi-objective comprehensive optimization of consistency between 70 mm and 110 mm was achieved,and the proposed mixture ratio was verified by experiments.The results show that the water-binder ratio has a significant effect on the consistency and strength of chopped basalt fiber mortar.The optimal mixing ratio is as follows,water binder ratio 0.35,sand binder ratio 2.0,fly ash content 20%,its consistency,tensile strength,compressive strength and flexural strength are 97 mm,1.99 MPa,38.50 MPa and 9.59 MPa,respectively.For consistency and tensile strength,the regression model of the predicted values and measured error less than 4%,the flexural strength and compressive strength of the error of the predicted and the measured values are 12%and 28%respectively,and the basalt fiber concrete compressive strength of the characteristics of large discreteness,the response surface method is verified with chopped basalt fibre plaster mortar mix the feasibility of optimization design.
