摘要
钢渣是钢铁行业在炼钢中产生的固体废弃物,由于其活化程度低、易磨性差、游离氧化钙(游离氧化镁)含量较多,目前仍未得到有效应用。本文研究了钢渣的基本理化性能,通过对钢渣矿物组成及化学成分的分析,发现其内部含有结晶程度较好的C3S和C2S,这使得钢渣具备作为混凝土掺合料的应用潜力,并详细论述了钢渣对混凝土性能的影响,包括增强混凝土的力学性能、改善工作性能、耐久性等,指出了钢渣作为掺合料在混凝土中的优势和潜在的应用价值。最后,提出了未来钢渣掺合料在混凝土中的研究方向,以期为我国钢渣的综合利用提供一个新的思路。
Steel slag is a solid waste produced by the iron and steel industry in steelmaking,which is still not effectively applied due to its low activation degree,poor abrasiveness and high content of free calcium oxide(free magnesium oxide).In this paper,the basic physical and chemical properties of steel slag are investigated,and through the analysis of the mineral composition and chemical composition of steel slag,it is found that it contains C3S and C2S with good crystallization degree,which makes the steel slag has the potential to be applied as concrete admixture,and the effects of steel slag on concrete properties are discussed in detail,including the enhancement of the mechanical properties of concrete,improvement of the workability and durability,and the advantages and potential application value of steel slag as an admixture in concrete are pointed out.Finally,the future research direction of steel slag admixture in concrete is proposed,in order to provide a new idea for the comprehensive utilization of steel slag in China.
