摘要
陶粒混凝土具有表观密度低、保温隔音性能好等优点,因而被广泛应用于各类建筑工程中。作为混凝土中的粗骨料,不同陶粒类型、陶粒性质及预处理方法对混凝土的性能具有不同的影响。本文从陶粒类型、陶粒粒径组成、陶粒预湿时间3个角度入手,分析不同变量因素影响下陶粒混凝土的抗压强度、表观密度及坍落度的变化情况,结果表明,页岩陶粒混凝土的各项试验结果更优;陶粒的粒径对混凝土的性质有显著影响;同时在预湿处理后,陶粒混凝土的力学性能与工作性能均有所改善,在实际工程使用中,应针对不同工况予以综合考虑。
Ceramsite concrete has the advantages of low apparent density,good insulation and sound insulation performance,and is widely used in various construction projects.As coarse aggregate in concrete,different types of ceramsite,properties of ceramsite and pretreatment methods have different effects on the performance of concrete.This article analyzes the changes of compressive strength,apparent density and slump of ceramsite concrete under the influence of different variable factors from three aspects of ceramsite type,particle size composition and prewetting time,the results show that the various test results of shale ceramsite concrete are better;the particle size of ceramsite has a significant impact on the properties of concrete;at the same time,the mechanical properties and working properties of ceramsite concrete are improved after the prewetting treatment,which should be considered for different working conditions in actual engineering use.
