从房屋建筑结构设计角度控制造价成本研究

Research on Cost Control from the Perspective of Building Structural Design

旨在从房屋建筑结构设计角度控制造价成本,从建筑结构设计层面入手,围绕房屋建筑设计与造价成本控制展开研究,通过论述房屋建筑结构设计与造价成本的内在关系,进一步分析了建筑结构设计对工程造价成本的影响,主要包括设计方案、主体结构、结构材料3个方面,提出关于建筑结构设计中控制造价成本的策略,包括房屋结构形式选型、楼盖结构选型、墙柱布置、基础选型、地下室层高控制等方面。通过建筑工程实例分析得出结论,做好房屋建筑结构优化设计能够在保证建筑设计质量的前提下,有效减少造价成本的投入,提高企业经济效益,促进建筑行业的可持续发展。

Aiming to control cost from the perspective of building structural design,starting from the level of building structural design,this study focuses on the relationship between building structural design and cost control.By discussing the inherent relationship between building structural design and cost control,the impact of building structural design on engineering cost is further analyzed,mainly including design schemes,main structures,and structural materials.Strategies for controlling cost in building structural design are proposed,including the selection of building structural form,floor structure,wall column layout,foundation selection,and underground room height control.Through the analysis of construction engineering examples,it can be concluded that optimizing the design of building structures can effectively reduce the investment of cost while ensuring the quality of building design,improve the economic benefits of enterprises,promote the sustainable development of the construction industry,and provide effective references for related engineering projects.
