跪式心肺复苏胸外按压力学分析与实训教学策略

摘要 跪式心肺复苏胸外按压是抢救生命的关键步骤之一,其操作是否正确,直接影响心肺复苏的成功率。在贵州职业技术学院应急救援技术专业学生跪式心肺复苏胸外按压实训教学过程中发现,学生存在按压力度不足、按压方向不正确、按压频率不达标、救助者跪姿不标准等问题。为了帮助学生更好地理解和掌握胸外按压的动作要领,教师可从力学角度帮助学生理解按压力度、按压方向、救助者标准跪姿的重要性,提出教师示范教学、学生上肢力量训练、CPR智能辅助技术、教师专项培训及实训时长保障等提升胸外按压质量的实训对策,提升学生的综合实践能力。 Kneeling cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)chest compression is a critical step in saving lives.The accuracy of this procedure directly affects the success rate of CPR.During the teaching process of kneeling CPR chest compression to emergency rescue technology students at Guizhou Vocational and Technical College,several issues were identified among students,including insufficient compression strength,incorrect compression direction,incorrect compression frequency,and improper kneeling posture of rescuers.To help students better understand and master the key elements of chest compression,teachers can explain the importance of compression strength,compression direction,and the proper kneeling posture of the rescuer from a mechanical perspective.Additionally,practical training strategies such as teacher demonstration,upper limb strength training for students,utilization of CPR intelligent assistive technology,specialized training by teachers,and ensuring adequate practical training hours can be implemented to enhance the quality of chest compressions and improve students'overall practical abilities.
