摘要
为科学、合理地管控预制梁板的成本,提高企业和项目的经济效益,笔者结合多年预制梁板生产企业的管理经验,通过了解预制梁板成本的具体构成,对材料成本、模具成本、人工成本、运输成本等影响预制梁板成本的主要因素及其影响程度进行分析,并针对企业的建设阶段和运营阶段,分别从厂区建设、生产管理层面、技术层面、采购层面等方面提出了降低预制梁板生产成本的具体措施,建立了成本监控与评估体系,以期为预制梁板生产企业或桥梁建设施工企业等提供合理的成本管控思路和方法。
To ensure scientific and rational management of the costs of prefabricated beams and slabs,and to enhance the economic performance of enterprises and projects,this paper draws on the author's extensive management experience in prefabricated beam and slab production enterprises.By examining the specific components of the costs of prefabricated beams and slabs,the paper analyzes the primary factors and their impacts,including material,mold,labor,and transportation costs.Specific measures to reduce the production costs of prefabricated beams and slabs are proposed for enterprises'construction and operational phases,covering aspects such as factory construction,production management,technology,and procurement.A cost monitoring and evaluation system is established to offer rational cost control strategies and methodologies for prefabricated beam and slab manufacturers or organizations involved in bridge construction.
