透水混凝土在工人体育场项目中的全过程质量控制

摘要 为满足海绵城市建设应用对透水混凝土高强度性能的要求,本文针对透水混凝土工作性能差、罐车运输困难等问题,对透水混凝土配合比设计及原材料选择展开优化研究。实践结果表明:通过选用水泥、骨料及特殊的BMB-JYG型增效剂,成功制备出性能良好,出机坍落度170 mm,抗压强度38.4 MPa,透水系数1.27 mm/s的C30强度等级透水混凝土,并应用在工人体育场项目中,解决了传统搅拌站生产和罐车运输透水混凝土时面临的难题以及施工现场搅拌过程中因混合料均匀性差异大、质量不稳定而带来的问题,为透水混凝土的进一步推广应用提供了参考。 To meet the high-strength performance requirements of porous concrete for sponge city construction applications,this article focuses on the poor working performance of porous concrete and difficulties in tank truck transportation and conducts optimization research on the mix design and raw material selection of porous concrete.The practical results show that by selecting cement,aggregates,and special BMB-JYG type synergist,C30 strength grade permeable concrete with good performance,outlet slump of 170 mm,compressive strength of 38.4 MPa,and permeability coefficient of 1.27 mm/s has been successfully prepared.It has been applied in the Workers Stadium project,solving the problems faced by traditional mixing plants in producing and transporting permeable concrete by tank trucks,as well as the problems caused by large differences in uniformity and unstable quality of the mixture during the mixing process at the construction site,provides a reference for the further promotion and application of permeable concrete.
