我国制造业工匠精神培育的产权激励研究

On the Property Rights Initiative of Cultivating Craftsmanship Spirit in China’s Manufacturing Industry

工匠精神对“中国制造2025”具有深远影响,是驱动中国制造业走向世界的重要动力。当前,工匠精神在我国极为缺乏,亟待大力培育。产权理论与工匠精神之间有着密切联系,是培育工匠精神的理论基础之一。我国教育界并没有充分认识到工匠精神所蕴含的产权价值,这阻碍了工匠精神的成长。大型制造业工匠精神的培育,需要发挥产权的保护作用,合理配置工艺技能的初始产权,降低交易成本,并积极探索公有制下工匠精神的产权激励之路。

The craftsmanship spirit has a profound impact on“Made in China 2025”and is an important driving force for China’s manufacturing industry to go global.Currently,the craftsmanship spirit is extremely lacking in China and urgently needs to be vigorously cultivated.There is a close connection between property rights theory and the craftsmanship spirit,which is one of the theoretical foundations for cultivating craftsmanship spirit.The education sector in our country has not fully recognized the property rights value contained in the craftsmanship spirit,which hinders the growth of the craftsmanship spirit.Cultivating craftsmanship spirit in large-scale manufacturing industry requires the protection of property rights,reasonable allocation of initial property rights for process skills,reduction of transaction costs and active exploration of property rights incentives for craftsmanship spirit under public ownership.
