摘要
就业育人是高校“三全育人”综合改革的重要组成部分。辅导员在就业育人工作中发挥着重要的作用,扮演着“串联者”“护航者”“筑基者”等角色,但也面临着角色认知模糊、角色多重过载以及角色动力不足等角色困境。为此,高校应从抓好政策落实、完善机制建设、强化自我认知等方面,引导辅导员突破就业育人角色困境,更好地促进就业指导服务与思想政治教育深度融合、有机融合。
Employment education is an important component of the comprehensive reform of“three-whole education”in colleges and universities.Counselors play an important role in employment education work,such as“communicators”“protectors”and“builders”.However,they also face role dilemma such as unclear role cognition,multiple role overload and insufficient role motivation.Therefore,colleges and universities should guide counselors to break through the dilemma of employment education role by implementing policies,improving mechanism construction and strengthening self-awareness,in order to better promote the deep and organic integration of employment guidance services and ideological and political education.
