基于在线振动监测技术的风电机组齿轮箱故障分析与诊断

摘要 风电作为最具经济性的清洁能源,在推动能源系统实现绿色低碳转型、应对气候变化、保障能源供应安全方面发挥着越来越重要的基础支撑作用。齿轮箱是风电机组中最重要的部件之一,其故障直接影响风电机组的正常运行和寿命。重点研究在线振动监测技术在风电机组齿轮箱故障诊断中的应用。通过振动监测技术获取齿轮箱振动加速度信号数据,分析该信号的频域特征和时域特征,提取出与齿轮箱故障相关的特征用于进行故障类型判断和预警,以便为后续现场人员对齿轮箱维修和保养维护工作提供参考依据。 As the most economical and clean energy,wind power plays an increasingly important role in promoting the energy system to achieve green and low-carbon transformation,coping with climate change,and ensuring the security of energy supply.Gear box is one of the most important components in wind turbine,its failure will directly affect the normal operation and life of wind turbine.The application of on-line vibration monitoring technology in gearbox fault diagnosis of wind turbine was studied.Through vibration monitoring technology,the data of gear box vibration acceleration signal was obtained,the frequency domain and time domain characteristics of the signal were analyzed,and the features related to gear box faults were extracted for fault type judgment and early warning,so as to provide reference for the subsequent on-site personnel on the gear box repair and maintenance.
