基于DITC的开关磁阻电机功率变换器容错控制方法

摘要 针对开关磁阻电机(SRM)功率变换器中开路故障和短路故障导致的相电流和转矩异常情况,提出了一种容错控制方案。通过分析转速波动的机械运动方程,设计了基于参考转矩补偿的开路容错控制算法,以应对开路故障带来的相电流和转矩过大的问题。针对开关管短路故障,通过分析故障相关断区间内电流峰值和斜率变化特性,实现了对短路故障的及时诊断。一旦发现短路故障,将立即阻断故障相的励磁,并切换至开路故障模式,从而实现短路容错控制。两种故障容错方法均建立在直接瞬时转矩控制(DITC)的基础上。设计了转速分别为500 r/min和1000 r/min时开路、短路故障实验,仿真结果验证了该容错控制的正确性和有效性。 In order to solve the problem of abnormal current and rotation moment due to open and short circuit faults in switched reluctance motor(SRM)power converters,fault-tolerant control scheme was proposed.By analyzing the mechanical motion equation of speed fluctuation,an open-circuit fault-tolerant control algorithm based on reference torque compensation was designed to deal with the problem of excessive phase current.Aiming at the short circuit faults,by analyzing the characteristics of current peak and slope change in the fault-related fault interval,the timely diagnosis of short-circuit faults was realized.Once the short-circuit fault was found,the excitation of the fault phase was interrupted immediately and the switch was switched to the open-circuit fault mode,so as to realize the short-circuit fault-tolerant control.Both fault-tolerant methods were based on direct instantaneous torque control(DITC).Experiments of open-circuit and short-circuit faults were designed at the speed of 500 r/min and 1000 r/min,simulation results verified the correctness and effectiveness of the fault tolerant method.
