摘要
介绍两种典型的定子线圈绝缘结构,重点对线圈槽口绝缘形式进行研究,并通过电老化试验对比两种定子线圈的绝缘可靠性。结果表明,两种槽口绝缘形式都能对线圈绝缘起到一定的保护作用,但宽槽口型线圈结构在电老化失效时间、击穿位置分布等工艺一致性方面表现更为突出。
Two typical insulation structures of the stator notch were introduced,and the conventional electrical properties and electrical aging properties of the wide and non-wide stator notch were compared.The results showed that the two insulation structures of stator notch could provide a certain protective effect for insulation performance of the winding while the wide stator notch had more prominent performances on the failure time of electrical aging,the distribution of the breakdown place and other aspects of process consistency.
