摘要
放大自发辐射光源作为一种低相干性的宽谱光源,在光纤光栅传感领域、光通信和光器件测量领域有着非常重要的应用。通过对放大自发辐射光源的原理和结构的分析,提出了针对此类仪器的计量性能,主要技术参数包括波长范围、光谱功率密度、光谱平坦度、最大输出功率、光功率稳定度和偏振度测量等,能够较全面地评价放大自发辐射光源的计量特性。系统地分析了每个参数与仪器设备性能的联系,并给出了每个参数的校准方法。经过大量的试验验证,证明这种校准方法合理,能够较全面地评价放大自发辐射光源的计量特性。
Amplified spontaneous emission light source,as a kind of broad spectrum light source with low coherence,has very important applications in the fields of fiber grating sensing,optical communication and optical device measurement.Through the analysis of the principle and structure of amplified spontaneous emission light sources,the metrological performance of such instruments is proposed,and the main technical parameters are dertermined,including wavelength range,spectral power density,spectral flatness,maximum output power,optical power stability,polarization measurement,which can comprehensively evaluate the metrological characteristics of amplified spontaneous emission light sources.The relationship between each parameter and the performance of the instrument and equipment is systematically analyzed,and a calibration method for each parameter is given.After extensive experimental verification,it has been proven that this calibration method is reasonable and can comprehensively evaluate the metrological characteristics of amplified spontaneous emission light sources.
