内蒙古传统牧区现代化发展现状、困境与对策探究——基于锡林郭勒盟阿巴嘎旗的田野调查

The Present Situation,Predicament and Countermeasure of Modernization Development in Traditional Pastoral Area:Based on Field Surveys in the Inner Mongolian Xilingol League of Abag Banner

促进牧区畜牧业生产方式由传统粗放式向绿色高效转变,既是畜牧业高质量发展的新途径,也是畜牧业现代化的主要标志。当前,在草原生态保护形势依旧严峻、畜牧业发展相对粗放的背景下,内蒙古传统畜牧业正处于艰难转型的关键期。面向未来,必须立足于牧区资源禀赋,秉持“以草定畜、优化布局、调整结构、提高产能、产业融合”的发展思路,不断提高草原畜牧业集约化、标准化、产业化程度,提升绿色畜产品生产能力是传统畜牧业向现代化发展的关键举措。

It is not only a new way of high-quality development of animal mode of production,but also a major symbol of its modernization.At present,grassland ecological protection situation is still serious,the development of animal husbandry is relatively extensive,the traditional animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia is in a difficult transition period.Facing the future,we must base on the natural resources of pastoral areas and adhere to the development thinking of “determining livestock by grass,optimizing layout,adjusting structure,improving production capacity,and integrating industry”,it is the key measure to improve the intensive,standardized and industrialized degree of grassland animal husbandry,and to enhance the production capacity of green animal products.
