摘要
针对铝(合金)软导体生产过程中的断丝现象,分析断丝原因,阐述了提升铝(合金)软导体生产效率的难点。结合生产实践,提出束线机设备和退火工艺等方面的改进措施,减少了断丝现象,提升了铝(合金)软导体的生产效率和一次合格率。
For the phenomenon of broken wire in production of aluminum(alloy) soft conductors,difficulties in improving production efficiency were described through analysis of broken wire causes.And combined with production practice,improvement measures of bunching machine equipment and annealing process and other aspects were proposed,which could effectively reduce occurrence of broken wire and improve production efficiency and first pass rate of aluminum(alloy) soft conductors.
