民族地区体育文化何以赋能乡村振兴?——以黔东南地区“村BA”为例

How Can Sports Culture in Ethnic Areas Enable Rural Revitalization?Take"Village Basketball Association"in Southeast Guizhou as An Example

运用田野调查、逻辑分析、案例分析等方法,以黔东南地区“村BA”为例,厘清民族地区体育文化赋能乡村振兴的逻辑、困境,并提出赋能进路。逻辑:体育文化以多重属性、内源式、以赛为媒赋能乡村振兴。困境:产业价值激活不充分,潮汐效应明显;内生资源创新活力不足,文化认同式微;组织服务效能待提升,要素瓶颈凸显。进路:以价值为引领,拓展“体育+”赋能产业高质量发展;以创新为理念,重塑民族体育文化传承与认同;以群众为主体,强化要素保障提升组织效能。

By using the methods of fi eld investigation,logical analysis and case analysis,this paper took"Village Basketball Association"in southeast Guizhou as an example to clarify the logic and dilemma of the rural revitalization of sports culture empowerment in ethnic areas,and put forward the approach of empowerment.Logic:Sports culture enables rural revitalization with multiple attributes,internal sources and competitions as media.Dilemma:The industrial value activation is not suffi cient,and the tidal effect is obvious.The innovation vitality of endogenous resources is insufficient,and the cultural identity is weak.The effi ciency of organizational services needs to be improved,and the bottleneck of factors is prominent.Approach:We should take the value as the lead to expand the high-quality development of the"sports+"enabling industry,take innovation as the idea to reshape the inheritance and identity of national sports culture,and take the masses as the main body to strengthen the factor guarantee and improve the organizational effi ciency.
