我国体育教师教育发展:历史脉络、演化特征与未来方略

摘要 运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,梳理我国体育教师教育发展的历史脉络、演化特征,并提出未来方略。历史脉络:初步形成时期、基本建成时期、中国特色体系形成时期。演化特征:制度层面的变迁受政治经济因素影响,理念层面由工具价值转向个人价值,形式层面实现自主性与一体性发展,内容层面表现为稳定继承与快速发展。未来方略:健全符合国情的制度,形成素养为纲的理念,打造合作共赢的形式,构建与时俱进的内容。 By using the methods of literature review and logic analysis,this paper analyzed the historical context and evolutionary characteristics of the development of physical education teacher education in China,and put forward the future strategies.Historical context:It went through the initial formation period,the basic completion period,and the formation period of the system with Chinese characteristics.Evolutionary features:Changes at the institutional level are affected by political and economic factors,the conceptual level changes from instrumental value to personal value,the formal level realizes independent and integrated development,and the content level shows stable inheritance and rapid development.Future strategy:It should establish a sound system that is in line with the national conditions,form a concept of literacy as the core,create forms of cooperation and win-win,and build content that keeps up with the times.
