摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,剖析基于生成式人工智能的体育教师跨学科教学能力培育的价值、未来取向,并提出培育路径。价值:发展认知能力,提升设计能力,创新实施能力,优化评价能力。未来取向:加强教学资源供给,促进教学认知发展;重塑教学开展方式,增强教学设计效能;增强教育场景转换,推动教学实施研究;推动人机观念转变,创新多元教学评价。培育路径:推进教学资源建设,创造教学认知发展条件;搭建制度保障框架,推动实现教学设计变革;强化智能技术培训,助力教学实施研究落实;激发协同育人活力,升级完善教学评价体系。
By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the value and future orientation of the cultivation of physical education teachers'interdisciplinary teaching ability based on generative artificial intelligence,and put forward the cultivation path.Value:It develops cognitive ability,improves design ability,innovates implementation ability,and optimizes evaluation ability.Future orientation:It will strengthen the supply of teaching resources to promote the development of teaching cognition,reshape the way of teaching to enhance the effectiveness of teaching design,enhance the transformation of educational scene to promote the research of teaching implementation,and promote the man-machine concept change to innovate multiple teaching evaluation.Cultivation Path:We should promote the construction of teaching resources to create conditions for the development of teaching cognition,set up the system guarantee frame to promote the reform of teaching design,strengthen the training of intelligent technology to help the implementation of teaching implementation research,and stimulate the vitality of collaborative education to upgrade and perfect the teaching evaluation system.
