Application Characteristics and Reliability Risk Research of Diesel Engine for Agricultural Machinery

以中国农业机械主流产品拖拉机、收获机为对象,结合各匹配用途柴油机在国内实际使用数据深入分析了柴油机的使用特点;基于各匹配用途柴油机的使用特点、用户需求,对柴油机各零部件及系统的可靠性风险及影响因素进行了研究;基于各匹配用途柴油机的使用特点、国内典型作业环境、农机产品季节性和紧迫性使用要求等,提出了柴油机开发可靠性和使用可靠性的提升建议,为提升中国农业机械行业用柴油机产品整体可靠性水平及满足国内市场用户不同需求打下坚实基础。

Taking mainstream products of agricultural machinery in China such as tractors and harvesters as the object,combined with actual application data of diesel engines with each matching purposes,application characteristics of diesel engine have been analyzed in depth.Based on application characteristics and user needs of each matching purposes of diesel engines,the reliability risks and influencing factors of all parts and systems of diesel engines have been researched.Based on application characteristics and domestic typical operating environment and seasonality and urgent use requirements of agricultural of agricultural machinery products,etc.,suggestions for improving the development reliability and the use reliability of each matching purposes of diesel engines have been proposed.To lay a solid foundation for improving the overall reliability level of diesel engine products used in China’s agricultural machinery industry and meeting the different needs of users in the domestic market.
