面向绿色制造的农机装备再制造特征与策略优化

摘要 随着可持续发展理念推广和绿色制造技术发展,农机装备再制造作为一种环保、经济的生产方式,受到农机行业的认可与普及,其与绿色制造理念深度融合,有利于进一步实现节约化生产目标,符合农业机械利用率提升目标。该文首先对绿色制造与农业机械制造的关系,以及农机装备再制造理念展开分析,指出农机装备再制造实施在高效、节能、节约资源、环保等多方优势特征,针对农机装备再制造提出绿色发展策略,从制造流程、工艺优化、管理优化等多方面提出建议,以期更好推动绿色制造和农机产业可持续发展进程。 With the promotion of the concept of sustainable development and the development of green manufacturing technology,the remanufacturing of agricultural machinery and equipment,as an environmentally friendly and economical production method,has been recognized and popularized by the agricultural machinery industry,and its in-depth integration with the concept of green manufacturing is conducive to the further realization of the goal of economization of production in line with the goal of increasing the utilization rate of agricultural machinery.In this paper,first of all,the relationship between green manufacturing and agricultural machinery manufacturing and agricultural machinery equipment remanufacturing concept analysis,pointed out that the implementation of agricultural machinery equipment remanufacturing in high efficiency,energy saving,resource saving,environmental protection and other advantages of the characteristics of agricultural machinery equipment remanufacturing green development strategy,from the manufacturing process,process optimization,management optimization and other aspects of the proposal,in order to better promote the green manufacturing and sustainable development of the agricultural machinery industry.The process of green manufacturing and sustainable development of the agricultural machinery industry.
