摘要
随着科技的迅速发展,智能农业机械的制造与应用在农业生产中扮演着越来越重要角色。该文基于智能制造技术的发展历程、内涵及特征,系统阐述了智能设计技术、智能加工技术、智能监测技术原理及其在农业机械制造中的应用,总结智能制造系统在农业生产效率提升中的积极作用与显著效果,提出未来应该进一步提高增材制造技术智能化发展,形成“铸造+3D打印智能工厂”等发展趋势,推动智能农业机械制造技术与农业生产深度融合,不断提升农业生产效率和品质水平。研究结果可以为农业现代化进程提供强有力的技术支撑与参考。
With the rapid development of science and technology,the manufacture and application of intelligent agricultural machinery plays an increasingly important role in agricultural production.Based on the development history,connotation and characteristics of intelligent manufacturing technology,this paper systematically explains the working principle of intelligent design technology,intelligent processing technology,intelligent monitoring technology and its application in agricultural machinery manufacturing,summarizes the positive role and significant effect of intelligent manufacturing system in agricultural production efficiency,and proposes that in the future,we should further improve the intelligent development of additive manufacturing technology to form a“casting+3D printing intelligent factory”and other development trends,and promote the intelligent agricultural machinery manufacturing technology and the application of agricultural production is playing an increasingly important role.It is proposed that in the future,the intelligent development of additive manufacturing technology should be further improved to form the development trend of“casting+3D printing intelligent factory”,to promote the deep integration of intelligent agricultural machinery manufacturing technology and agricultural production,and to continuously improve the efficiency and quality level of agricultural production.The research results can provide strong technical support and reference for the process of agricultural modernization.
