全面建成社会主义现代化强国,推进中华民族伟大复兴,就必须实现国家治理能力和治理体系的现代化,而实现乡村治理的现代化转型是推进乡村共同富裕,实现中国式现代化的关键一步。基于共同富裕视域,明确乡村治理现代化转型对于乡村生态治理、乡村数字治理、乡村产业振兴和乡村共同富裕的战略意义,厘清乡村治理现代化转型的理论逻辑和现实逻辑,据此提出创新路径,即从实际出发,增强党组织的核心领导能力,凝聚协商民主共治合力,培育特色产业发展的可持续性,推动乡村居民综合素质的现代性,探索乡村治理中国式现代化转型的实现方案。

To fully build a modern socialist country and advance the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,it is essential to modernize the country’s governance capabilities and system.Modernizing rural governance is a key step towards promoting rural common prosperity and achieving Chinese-style modernization.From the perspective of common prosperity,it is crucial to clarify the strategic significance of the modern transformation of rural governance for rural ecological management,digital governance,industrial revitalization,and common prosperity.This involves understanding the theoretical and practical logic of rural governance modernization and proposing innovative pathways.These include starting from practical conditions,enhancing the core leadership capabilities of the CPC organizations,fostering a collaborative effort through consultative democracy,cultivating the sustainability of distinctive industries,promoting the modernity of rural residents’comprehensive qualities,and exploring practical schemes for the Chinese-style modernization transformation of rural governance.
